My passion for cars started at a young age (a true petrol head at heart!), and I’ve been fortunate to turn that into a career spanning over 20 years in the automotive industry. From my first role in operations booking deliveries, to managing the full customer journey from initial order to renewal three years down the line, I’ve always been focused on delivering exceptional service and making the process as smooth as possible.
